Over the past few years, we have noticed a huge evolution in the world of digitalization. WG accountants are part of the pioneers that have chosen to work with online software & tools.

Today we collaborate with Yuki and Silverfin, two online platforms that allowed us to make a big step into the future.

Yuki is an accounting software that strengthens the collaboration between the entrepreneur and the accountant.

Silverfin is an automation tool that helps with all legal documents and allows to aggregate all accounting procedures.

These two solutions allow to optimize time for both the entrepreneur and for us.

For the entrepreneur :

He is no longer obliged to lose time for depositing documents at the accountant. For the entrepreneur time is money,
He is able to monitor the progress of his general ledger or to find a specific invoice via his smart phone, pc or tablet,
Gathering all restaurant, car-wash and other tickets is not necessary anymore : a small picture made with his smart phone which he can send immediately to the platform,
An urgent financial situation for the bank? Only one phone call and a bit later it’s ready as everything is in possession of the accountant.

For us :

The documents are provided by scanning : no loss of time anymore to gather it all at the clients’ office,
The bank statements are received and uploaded automatically : it’s no longer necessary to provide us the bank statements,
The documents received are processed daily : accountancy always up-to-date,
VAT period or closing deadline : no more rush as the accounting is updated daily.
